As an Operations Intern, you will work directly with the operations team to support project management, documentation, and quality assurance activities across sectors such as vending, gas stations, laundromats, EV charging stations, and more. What youll be doing * Support the planning, tracking, and follow-up of cross-departmental operational projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. * Create and maintain structured documentation of processes, procedures, and internal policies (SOPs, playbooks, knowledge base). * Support internal and external audits: preparing evidence, organizing documentation, and following up on corrective actions. * Design and monitor quality control checklists and standards across operational processes (example: installations, technical support, warehouse). * Identify process gaps or inconsistencies and propose improvements or standardization. * Collaborate with different
