With 2,000+ employees and offices across the US, Europe and Asia, they are expanding their European hub in Málaga and are looking for a French- or Italian-speaking Sales Development Team Lead to lead their SDR team. About the role You will oversee a team of Sales Development Representatives driving advertiser acquisition, pipeline growth and lead qualification for a major AdTech client. Your job is to make sure the team prospects effectively, engages the right advertisers and converts leads into qualified opportunities – while coaching people, sharpening the outreach playbook and using data to keep improving results. What youll do * Lead and mentor the Sales Development team, keeping it aligned with advertiser growth objectives * Design and run outreach strategies across email,



LinkedIn and call campaigns * Monitor and optimise the lead qualification process to keep conversion rates high * Track SDR performance metrics: calls, meetings booked, response rates, conversion rates * Work closely with Account Managers to ensure a seamless lead hand-off and clean pipeline management * Drive sales enablement: training, scripts and industry best practices for the team * Implement and refine automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.) for prospecting * Run regular 1:1 coaching sessions, performance reviews and SDR development plans * Prepare and present weekly sales pipeline reports to stakeholders * Stay on top of advertising products and industry trends to tailor the teams outreach What you bring * 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development or Lead Generation * 2+ years leading a team and driving revenue through lead qualification (experience with larger teams of 15+ people is a strong plus) * Proven track record in new business development and excellent clie
