Company Overview: Pharmaceutical manufacturer for small and large molecules. Mid-szie company environment, English speaking role. The Role * Manage clinical trial packaging and distribution projects, ensuring delivery to agreed timelines, budget, quality, and client expectations. * Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle. * Coordinate project set-up, documentation, packaging, labelling, and distribution activities. * Oversee inventory management and ensure continuous product availability. * Work with IRT/RTSM systems, logistics providers, and general depots to support worldwide clinical trial supply. * Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP requirements, SOPs, and quality standards. * Monitor project budgets, identify risks, and support mitigation activities. * Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and documentation.



Requirements * 5+ years experience in clinical trial supply, pharmaceutical operations, project management, or a related regulated environment. * Experience in clinical packaging, labelling, distribution, or pharmaceutical supply chains. * Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management skills. * Knowledge of IRT/RTSM systems and GMP/GDP regulations is advantageous. * Excellent organisational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline preferred. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential.
