Start Dates: 5 October / 2 November 2026 Are you a German-speaking sales professional who enjoys closing deals, speaking with clients and working towards ambitious targets? We are looking for a German-Speaking Account Executive to join a fast-growing international tech/e-commerce environment in Madrid. This is a full sales-cycle role where youll take ownership of assigned leads from the first conversation through product demos and free trials, all the way to converting prospects into paying customers. ? What Youll Do ✔ Contact and engage assigned prospects in the German market ✔ Conduct discovery calls, client meetings and product demos ✔ Understand customer needs and present the right solution ✔ Manage prospects throughout their free-trial period ✔ Convert trials into paid subscriptions ✔ Manage the full sales cycle before handing clients over to Customer Experience ✔ Work towards KPIs including calls, demos,



conversions and MRR ✔ Handle a high level of commercial activity – approximately 80–100 calls/day ? What Were Looking For ? Native/bilingual German + good professional English ? Currently residing in Spain – mandatory ? Ideally 1–6 years of commercial/sales experience ? Experience as an AE, BDR, SDR, Sales Representative, Inside Sales, Telesales or in outbound prospecting is highly relevant ? Strong cold-calling skills and confidence speaking with prospects ? Comfortable working with KPIs, targets and performance metrics ? Strong communication and negotiation skills ? Able to work on-site in Madrid Experience within SaaS, tech or e-commerce is a plus, but a strong sales background is what matters most. ? Compensation ✅ €30,000 gross/year base salary ✅ Uncapped commission The commission structure rewards strong performance: ? At 100% performance → €1,200/month commission ? At 150% performance → €1,800/month commission This represents €44K+ annual earn
