Key Responsibilities * Manage the full specialty leasing cycle for temporary units (pop-ups), kiosks, promotional stands,



brand activations and other short-term commercial business lines across the assigned portfolio. * Identify, prospect and negotiate with new and existing tenants, brands and promoters to maximise occupancy and specialty leasing revenue. * Develop and execute the annual specialty leasing budget and action plan, monitoring performance against targets on an ongoing basis. * Prepare and negotiate commercial terms, contracts and agreements, in coordination with the Legal Department whenever required, making full use of the available business support tools. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective tenants and commercial partners, keeping an updated database of contacts and opportunities. * Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing benchmarks to identify new revenue opportunities. * Track leasing activity, revenue, tenant performance and prepare a monthly activity report with the
