We are currently undergoing significant international expansion and are seeking top-tier engineering talent to join our team. We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer experienced in defense sector. Key Responsibilities: * Architecture Design: Define and map databus architectures (e.g., CAN bus, MIL-STD-1553, Ethernet) and power distribution systems for complex defense platforms. * Wiring & Harness Design: Develop robust electrical schematics and wiring harness layouts, optimizing electronic packaging to withstand extreme environmental and tactical conditions. * Systems Integration: Ensure seamless interoperability between electronic subsystems, including line-replaceable units (LRUs), ruggedized racks, thermal management/cooling systems, and processing hardware. * Testing & Simulation: Execute hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) validation, electrical load analysis,



and circuit simulations to guarantee system reliability in mission-critical environments. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Mechanical and Software Engineering teams to seamlessly integrate the electronic architecture into the physical vehicle platform. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation & Control Engineering, or a related technical discipline. * Experience: Proven experience in electrical architecture and wiring harness design, ideally within military, defense, or specialized heavy vehicle sectors. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical CAD and simulation tools (e.g., Mentor Graphics Capital, E3.series, MATLAB/Simulink) and familiarity with EMC/EMI mitigation standards (e.g., MIL-STD-461). * Soft Skills: * Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in multidisciplinary team environments. * Excellent troubleshooting skills with t
