We’re Hiring | Graphic & Print Designer Kardem is seeking a creative Graphic & Print Designer to join our growing team at our Barcelona location. If you have a strong eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for providing fashion design services, creating innovative textile prints, graphics, and product concepts—along with the ability to thrive in an international and fast-paced environment—we would love to hear from you. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts, Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field, * 2–5 years of professional experience in graphic, print, or textile design; professional experience in the fashion and textile industry is highly preferred, * Strong interest in fashion and the textile industry, with a good understanding of fashion, textile, graphic design, and market trends, * Good command of written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus, * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, * Good knowledge of printing techniques and textile printing processes,



* Strong hand-drawing and illustration skills, with previous experience creating fashion or textile prints using these techniques, * Ability to effectively use AI-supported design tools in the creative and design process, * Ability to independently manage design tasks and take ownership of assigned projects, * Ability to transform creative concepts into technically accurate, production- and print-ready artwork files, * Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics, * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment, * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, * Ability to work fully from the office and comply with designated working hours, * No travel restrictions, * Candidates currently based in Barcelona and available to start at short notice are preferred.
