Forward Deployed AI Engineer – Spain (Several Locations)

We’re looking for Forward Deployed AI Engineers to help organisations move from AI experimentation to real-world, production-ready solutions.

This is a hands-on engineering role at the intersection of software engineering, generative AI and enterprise transformation. You’ll work directly with engineering and business teams to solve complex problems, design AI solutions and deploy them into real enterprise environments.

What you’ll do
- Design, build and deploy production-grade AI and agentic AI solutions.
- Work with LLMs, AI agents, RAG and multi-model AI platforms.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, data and cloud platforms.
- Take ambiguous business problems from idea to production, moving quickly through experimentation and iteration.
- Work across cloud-native environments such as AWS, Azure or GCP, using technologies including Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD.
- Partner with engineering, product and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.




- Help organisations improve adoption, scalability, reliability and time-to-value from AI.
- Develop reusable architectures, patterns and best practices for enterprise AI deployments.
- Communicate with both technical teams and senior stakeholders, translating business challenges into practical technical solutions.

What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in software engineering, AI engineering or cloud engineering.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI or generative AI solutions in production.
- Experience with LLMs, agentic AI, RAG or related technologies.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, TypeScript or equivalent.
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, containers, CI/CD and modern software architecture.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and take ownership from problem definition through production.
