WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROJECT MANAGER AT BELENKO DESIGN

We are growing and looking for someone we can trust with an entire project.

Not just tracking deadlines and forwarding messages between people, but truly running the project: understanding what is happening at every stage, staying in contact with the client, bringing the team together around the task, and seeing everything through to completion.

We design restaurants, bars, hotels and other hospitality spaces, and we work on international projects.

What the role involves:
• coordinating designers, architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers;
• communicating with clients in English;
• controlling schedules, tasks, drawings and approvals;
• coordinating FF&E;, procurement and on-site implementation;
• resolving issues as they arise during the project;
• organising the process so the team always knows who does what, and when.

What matters to us:
— fluent English (C1–C2);




— fluent Russian or Ukrainian — this is our working language in the team;
— 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
— background in interior design, architecture or construction;
— understanding of project documentation and the ability to read drawings;
— independence, a systematic approach and a strong sense of ownership.

We are especially keen to meet people who have already worked on restaurants, bars, hotels and other hospitality projects.

We are not looking for a "task coordinator" but for someone who takes responsibility, makes decisions and keeps the project firmly in hand.
