WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
Monitor, log and trace applications and platforms using Grafana Cloud technologies.
Build dashboards and diagnose ingestion, cardinality and performance issues.
Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD.
Manage infrastructure and observability resources through Terraform and GitOps practices.
Develop automation tooling using Python, Bash, REST APIs and JSON integrations.
Handle alerting, incident response, escalation processes and runbook maintenance.
Manage incidents, service requests and changes through ServiceNow following ITSM practices.
Maintain synthetic monitoring checks and optimize observability platform usage and costs.

FP or university degree
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS, networking fundamentals, security best practices, Jira and Agile methodologies.
