Job DescriptionAs a Regional Test Engineering Manager, you will lead the development and standardization of manufacturing test solutions across multiple plants. You will drive operational excellence in automotive electronics testing, ensuring high product quality, optimized manufacturing performance, and successful industrialization launches.
ResponsibilitiesLead the standardization of manufacturing test solutions across regional plants, with a strong focus on End-of-Line (EOL)



testing.
Drive the identification, sharing, and implementation of best practices and innovative test concepts across manufacturing sites.
Analyze manufacturing processes and test procedures to improve cycle time, efficiency, and overall equipment performance. Collaborate with Design Engineering to define optimal test strategies for RFQs, new products, and engineering changes.
Evaluate and select test equipment solutions, suppliers, and technologies to ensure the best technical and commercial outcomes.
Improve test equipment utilization, monitor First Pass Yield (FPY) and Cycle Time (CT), and implement processes that support operational targets.
Architect robust and scalable manufacturing test solutions that maximize coverage, quality, cost efficiency, and transferability between plants.
