What You Will Do
- Assist Dutch-speaking users with product questions, troubleshooting needs, and general support requests
- Deliver accurate information and empathetic customer care through phone, email, and chat
- Follow established service procedures while also showing initiative in providing solutions
- Record and update all interactions in the internal system
- Identify recurring issues and escalate when needed




- Work collaboratively with your team to meet service goals
- Participate in coaching sessions and skill-building workshops

Required Skills & Profile
- Fluent Dutch and confident English
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on-site in Barcelona
- Customer-oriented mindset and patience
- Adaptability in a high-volume support environment
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Eligibility to work in the EU

Work Conditions
- On-site in Barcelona
- 39h/week, Monday to Friday, 9:0018:00
