Department: Commercial

Reports To: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped performance-based commission. Company car / travel allowance, laptop & phone provided.

Role Overview




The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for building Urbio’s presence in assigned territories by generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with municipalities, public authorities, distributors, and infrastructure partners.

This is a hunter role focused on creating business from scratch. The successful candidate will spend most of their time in the field, meeting prospects and developing long-term commercial opportunities across their region.

What You’ll Be Selling
Urbio Led's connected LED street lighting systems, including luminaires, sensors, remote monitoring and control software, and integrations with our ecosystem of solutions. You'll be positioning both the hardware and the software/energy-savings value proposition to public and private stakeholders and acting as their main point of contact throughout the whole process.
