Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow End User Catalog and associated workflows
• Create and configure catalog items, record producers, variables, and variable sets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional catalog items
• Optimize request fulfillment processes using automation, scripting, and workflows • Ensure a consistent look and feel of the catalog through UI policies and best practices • Manage role-based access to catalog items
• Conduct regular catalog audits and implement improvements based on usage data and feedback
• Troubleshoot and resolve catalog-related issues and incidents




• Document technical specifications and support knowledge articles
• Support the release management process for catalog deployment
• Maintain compliance with data protection and security standards
• Act as the first point of contact for handling incoming service requests from users or customers
• Classify, prioritize, assign, and follow up on requests according to internal procedures and SLA commitments

• Maintain accurate records of activities and communications in ServiceNow
• Monitor request queues, escalate delays or bottlenecks, and proactively communicate with stakeholders
• Identify and propose process improvements or automation opportunities
• Contribute to building the knowledge base and updating documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge articles, and user guides

Skills:
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow ITSM tool
• Solid understanding of ITSM principl
