Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries for Spanish speaking customers via Inbound calls, Email and Chats.
- Resolve complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot security-related issues, including account access, threats, vulnerabilities, and software problems
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product support and customer service processes.
