Field Enablement Consultant

Location: Anderlecht, Brussels (hybrid working model)

Engagement Status: Consulting Opportunity (ASAP until end of 2026 with likelihood of extension)

Overview

We are partnered with a global pharmaceutical organisation seeking a Field Enablement Consultant to support key digital transformation and enablement initiatives across international markets. This is a hands-on role focused on CRM readiness, digital tool adoption, training, communications, and process improvement within a fast-paced general environment.

As a Field Enablement Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the rollout and adoption of digital tools, developing training and enablement materials, enhancing operational processes, and helping markets successfully navigate change. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, transformation, and user enablement.

Requirements

- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong project management and delivery skills
- Experience supporting global rollouts, onboarding, adoption, or change initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently




- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience within a pharmaceutical or highly regulated environment is advantageous

Hard Skills

- CRM readiness and enablement
- Training development and delivery
- Digital adoption and change management
- Process improvement and documentation
- Creation of playbooks, templates, and enablement assets
- Experience with content-authoring platforms such as eWizard or similar tools
- Knowledge of marketing technology environments
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is beneficial but not essential

- Previous exposure to digital enablement, marketing technology, or Product Owner responsibilities is desirable
