Vortex Aquatic Structures International is a integral leader in the design and manufacturing of innovative aquatic play solutions. As our business in Spain continues to grow, we are looking for a Product Engineer – Technical Support & Customer Service to become a key technical resource for our team.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop deep expertise in Vortex products, support projects and customers across Spain, and gradually become the go-to technical expert for our Project Managers, installers, and customers.
What You’ll Do
- Develop in-depth expertise in Vortex products, control systems, water treatment and filtration systems, and aquatic play equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support Project Managers, installers, and customers.
- Provide remote and on-site support during installation and commissioning.
- Travel to project sites across Spain for technically complex projects.
- Develop troubleshooting guides, technical protocols, and training materials.
- Train and support installers on commissioning and technical best practices.
- Collaborate with Vortex’s technical and manufacturing teams in Canada.
- Over time, become a technical reference for Spain with the opportunity to support projects across Europe.
What We’re Looking For
- Engineering background in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Strong technical curiosity and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical information and translate it into practical solutions.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Functional English to collaborate with our teams in Canada.
- Availability to travel throughout Spain, particularly during peak season (March–July).
