Proactively contact customers to generate new leads and sales opportunities. Maintain updated the CRM with customers contacts and installed base data. Main tasks and direct related responsibilities: • Data analysis: order intake performance, issues history, customer installed base and contacts. • Improve customer experience: proactively contact customers to check their equipment satisfaction level and identify further opportunities. • Direct each input to the right point of contact, triggering new potential sales. • Register in the CRM all the relevant information: customer data, cases, opportunities. • Follow up of the activated leads. • Administrative task linked to the department activity (quotations, purchase requests, etc.). • Regulatory compliance: knowledge of the company's safety, health and environmental protocols. • Use of PPE: mandatory use and maintenance of the PPE assigned to their position. • Good environmental practices: a
