About the Role
Our client is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Remote Apprentice IT Support Specialists . This is a fully remote, entry-level position designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience in IT support. You will learn to assist users with hardware, software, and network issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and contribute to maintaining a smooth technological environment for our client's distributed workforce. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via remote channels (phone, email, chat).
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install , configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
- Document user requests and solutions in a ticketing system for tracking and analysis.




- Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or relevant departments when necessary.

Requirements
- A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn IT support skills.
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent; a tertiary qualification in IT is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with basic computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common software applications.
- A reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace for remote work.
