About the role
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our growing Customer Experience Operations team (Revenue Operations team focused in aftersale).
You'll play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining automation systems across all the Customer Experience team (Client Onboarding, Account Management, Customer Support, Retention and Expansion, Consultancy, etc).
This includes working with tools like HubSpot and Zapier, collaborating with stakeholders across the revenue funnel, and supporting the development of scalable, cross‐functional processes.
This role is perfect for someone structured, hands‐on, and curious — someone who loves to solve operational puzzles, understands the impact of automations and business growth, and thrives in fast‐paced environments.
What you'll do




- Execute high-impact automation projects across CX — powering the scalability of our CX engine
- Work on fast‐paced, innovative initiatives, leveraging the latest technology including AI‐powered tools, smart integrations, and automation orchestration platforms
- Design, build, and optimize workflows using HubSpot, Zapier, and other platforms, driving real‐time impact on customer journeys and more
- Integrate third‐party systems into our ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow and logic across the RevOps tech stack
- Evaluate, assess, and negotiate with key vendors, contributing to our tech strategy and tooling roadmap
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and own continuous improvement with a focus on scalability and resilience
- Regularly report progress and results directly to Directors and VPs — gaining high visibility across the organization
- Co‐develop our internal CX playbo
