Experteer Overview In this role you will own Health u0026amp; Safety across Barcelonaand help align practices across Spain and Mexico. You’ll work with our prevention partner, labor advisors, and People Ops teams to keep processes compliant and people cared for. You’ll implement safety protocols, monitor incidents, and support an Equality Plan while handling day-to-day HR operations. This position blends compliance with practical care for employees in a fast-growing, cross-country environment.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Own Health u0026 Safety for Barcelona and set shared criteria across sites; coordinate with external prevention service (SPA) on risk assessments, health surveillance and audits
- Keep offices prepared: emergency plans, evacuation drills, signage, and safety training from onboarding to ergonomics and screen use
- Investigate and document accidents; track indicators and implement corrective actions
- Guard labor compliance: Workers' Statute, collective bargaining agreement, working time records, legal docs and internal policies; audit-ready




- Advance the Equality Plan: implementation, monitoring, indicators, coordination with equality committee, harassment protocol ownership
- Be the go-to for day-to-day: onboarding/offboarding, employee documentation, contract/payroll/benefits inquiries
- Align processes across countries with People Ops in Mexico and Germany; contribute to cross-functional projects on experience, culture and employer brandingResponsabilidades
- Expert/proficient-level Spanish and strong English
- Knowledge of labor law, SPA and authorities in Spanish; ability to coordinate internationally
- Degree in HR/ Occupational Health u0026 Safety; specific master in PRL with Workplace Safety/Industrial Hygiene/Ergonomics u0026 Applied Psychosociology
- 3–4 years in Health u0026 Safety and/or generalist People Ops/HR with external prevention services experience
- Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law (Workers' Statute, Law 31/1995, RD 901/2020
