Key ResponsibilitiesLead PMO activities across the ERP transformation program, ensuring alignment between projects and workstreams.Coordinate program governance, including Steering Committee meetings, decision boards, quality gates, and status reporting.Manage program financials, including budget planning, actuals, accruals, and forecasting.Monitor and maintain program RAID logs, escalating risks and issues as required.Coordinate vendor sourcing activities, including review and approval of service and licensing contracts.Support integrated cutover planning and execution across all project streams.Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and documentation quality requirements.Administer and maintain program collaboration platforms, reporting tools,
