The Team:

You will be based in our Madrid office, being part of the global People & Culture Department, reporting directly to the Manager, People Service Delivery. You will be working closely with different departments as Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, and global regional hubs.

The Role:

You will join our HR Service Delivery Team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern.



You will have the opportunity to learn about global talent operations, complex interview logistics, ATS system administration, and managing global hiring scaling across strategic business units.

The work you’ll do:
- Master the end-to-end logistics and scheduling of complex global interviews across international time zones.
- Support candidate pipeline operations for fast-growing general departments
- Manage a high and scaling volume of global scheduling requests
- Maintain and update recruitment and workflow databases such as Greenhouse, Workday, Make, etc.
- Elevate the candidate experience by acting as the main, professional point of contact throughout the entire interview lifecycle.
- Support other teams within the Service delivery team.
- Handling administrative tasks and documentation related to the recruitment process and candidate data integrity.
