About the Role

We are looking for an SDR Intern to help scale Sortlist in the Spanish market. This is a 6-month paid internship based in our Madrid office, where you’ll generate the pipeline that powers our growth in Spain.

Spain is one of Sortlist’s strongest markets. We have an established client base, a brand that agencies already recognise, and a rich ecosystem of service providers who are a natural fit for our platform. We are now looking to build on that success to unlock the next stage of growth.

There are many more Spanish agencies who would get real value out of Sortlist than we currently speak to, and this role is how we reach them. You’ll be the one opening those conversations:



spotting the agencies with genuine potential, getting them curious, and qualifying them so that every meeting you pass on to our Spanish AE is a meeting worth having. You open, they close.

It’s a specialised seat right at the front of the funnel, and it’s where the growth of the whole market starts. Every opportunity Spain creates next year begins with a conversation someone in this role started.
- Build your own target lists of Spanish agencies — digital, marketing, creative and IT service providers — using our AI-powered research and enrichment stack.
- Run multichannel outbound every day: cold calls, personalised emails and LinkedIn, with the volume and consistency the role’s weekly activity KPIs require.
- Open conversations and qualify agencies: understand their business model, growth ambitions and pain points before anything moves forward.
- Book qualified meetings for our Spanish Account Executive, and brief
