General Data Management:
The Global Data Management team within GTMC's Insights and Analytics pillar supports data management activities across global functions and key regions. The team serves as a Center of Excellence,



acting as primary liaisons for the broader organization and Hub teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Asset Stewardship & Operations:
- Lead end-to-end stewardship of external market data assets (intake, master data management, channel aggregation, quality monitoring)
- Drive operational excellence in data management processes supporting Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and Advanced Analytics
- Develop and maintain performance indicators and quality metrics to ensure SLA commitments
- Partner with data suppliers and vendors to optimize delivery and resolve quality issues
- Drive adoption of centralized data models and reporting solutions across affiliates and business units

Governance Framework & Standards:
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks aligned with regulatory, privacy, and security requirements
- Author data governance policies, procedures, and standards balancing control with
