Your role and key responsibilities

This position is part of our Human Resources Department, which brings together teams from People & People Services, Talent, Organization, Compensation & Benefits, Culture, and Learning & Development. Together, they support every business area and help shape a workplace where people can grow, belong, and thrive.

The Project and Service Expert is responsible for tasks and projects related to the company's employees as well as their properties/offices. Thus makes an essential contribution the employee satisfaction and to the procedures and processes of the offices. All projects and tasks are implemented with a focus on sustainability and the Integral Carbon Footprint.
- Employee related responsibilities:
- Developing and/or reviewing customer HR service standards, procedures, and policies (e.g. fresh

fruits, coffee, tea, water, etc.)
- Identification of new services for PowerCo employees to achieve the company's goals, considering

the company's values.
- Enhancing the employee journey and identification with the company.
