Design Support Engineer

Design Support Engineer
- to join our team working for a better future.
- The position is permanent and the preferred location is inPorriño, Spain.
What you will be doing
As Design Support Engineer,your work will focus on these responsibilities:
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering solutions within broader projects.
- Identifies and resolves technical issues, ensuring designs meet functional and performance requirements.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies.
- Supports the preparation of technical documentation, quality assurance and design verification.
- Provides technical guidance to less experienced engineering staff.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:
- Experience with CAD programs for 3D design and drawing is required; experience with Inventor is an advantage.
- Level of English for full professional development
- Knowledge about hydrodynamic bearings in the energy, mining and industrial markets is an advantage
- In this role, some travel is required to meet with our customers around the world. Thus, we hope you to be ready to travel approximately 10%, even though most of the meetings are held virtually.
