We are looking for a Breakfast Manager to lead the breakfast service in our hotel, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from the start of the day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the breakfast team.
- Guarantee service quality and buffet presentation.
- Manage inventories and breakfast specific orders.
- Implement hygiene and food safety standards.
- Proactively address and resolve guest issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in breakfast or restaurant management within hotels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership and team motivation abilities.
- Languages: English and French (Spanish is a plus).
