Founded in 1998, Arkel is the market leader in Türkiye and a pioneer in the elevator technologies industry, developing and manufacturing control boards, control panels, drives, emergency rescue systems, and various electronic solutions. We are currently looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our Arkel España team, covering the Spain, Portugal, and South America regions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development roles.
- Strong command of sales support and back-office workflows.
- No restrictions on traveling, both domestically and internationally.
- Good command of English,



both written and spoken; knowledge of Spanish is a must.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited to a customer-facing role.
- Experience in the elevator industry is preferred.
- Valid Class B driving license recognized in Spain.
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts across Spain, Portugal, and South America.
- Handle daily back-office operations and ensure smooth workflow continuity.
- Conduct customer visits and B2B meetings to strengthen business relationships.
- Follow up on payments and coordinate collection processes with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage operational communication between the regional office and headquarters, ensuring effective internal correspondence.
