- Provide technical expertise and remotely assist field technicians with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT software and hardware for wind turbine control and OT systems
- Ensure uptime, performance, resource availability, security, and parametrization of wind turbine OT components using PCMS
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and service issues
- Respond to service outages and other problems
- Develop and document technical solutions in incidents and communicate measures to the respective requestor

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or related field
- For foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is required
- 3+ years of experience in SCADA and network environments
- Experience with SQL and communication protocols
- Fluent English language skills
- Willingness to travel
