Main tasks and direct related responsibilities: • Purchase Requisition (PR) management. Since preparing all the PR based on requests to track them with the requisitioners to make the reception. • Register the new agent in the CRM or make any necessary modifications • Follow CRM process to inactivate. • Updating supplier onboarding documentation: - Gather required documentation. - Verify the accuracy of information with all relevant departments. - Complete necessary files/forms. • Courier shipments via DHL: - Samples for customers. - General documentation for customers. - Product shipments to suppliers when the sales team requires testing (following instructions from the Applications team). - Communicate tracking details once generated. - Monitor shipment status. • Customer visits management: - Handle hotel reservations, cancellations and modifications. - Taxis. - Catering: coord
