We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Induction Hardening Process Engineer to join our Industrial Processes team. This is a key technical position for a professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment and is passionate about delivering world-class metallurgical performance, process excellence, and industrial innovation.
You will play a critical role in developing, optimizing, and industrializing induction heat treatment processes that ensure our products continue to meet the highest standards of quality, structural reliability, and customer confidence worldwide.
As the technical owner of the Induction Hardening Process, you will lead the development and industrialization of induction heat treatment solutions for prototypes, pre-series, and production applications.
Main Responsabilities:




Lead the technical development of induction hardening processes for prototypes and new product launches.
- Analyze component drawings, geometries, material specifications, and heat treatment requirements to identify potential manufacturing risks.
- Define and validate optimal induction parameters including frequency, power density, scanning speed, heating profiles, and quenching conditions.
- Design, specify, and optimize induction coils, fixtures, and tooling to ensure process robustness and repeatability.
- Perform process trials and root cause analysis during development phases.

Industrialization & Process Standardization
- Lead the transfer of validated processes from prototype to pre-series and serial production.
- Establish robust process windows and ensure stable, repeatable production performance.
