Mission of this Role

The mission of the GEO Strategist is to design and lead AI Visibility strategies that drive measurable business growth through the investment into GEO channels such as on-site content, Reddit, YouTube, Linkedin, Earned Media & Technical SEO. This role combines deep analytical thinking with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly — partnering across teams and clients to turn performance data into actionable strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven GEO strategies aligned with client objectives and performance goals.
- Analyze LLM analytics, audience insights, funnel data, and industry trends to uncover strategic opportunities for GEO growth.
- Lead collaborative planning sessions with SEO, Creative, and Operational teams to ensure content programs operate as cohesive systems.
- Conduct recurring GEO audits, identifying growth gaps and recommending improvements.
- Build scalable frameworks and documentation to standardize strategy execution across accounts.
- Present strategic findings, performance outcomes,



and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and authority.
- Mentor junior strategists by modeling analytical depth, structured thinking, and professional communication.
