This role will sit within the Global Data and Technology Solutions (GDATS) organization in World Courier and is a key member of the Architecture and Analysis team. The Business Solutions Analyst owns the integrity of the problem, the human and the evidence, together. You translate ambiguous business intent into a structured, evidenced, decision-ready understanding the team can build against.You design solutions with both user and operational outcomes in mind. As such, you play a critical role in shaping and defining technology initiatives that support integral specialty logistics operations, working at the intersection of business, product, and engineering.
