The Process Improvement Engineer will be based in Madrid, EuropeanHeadquarters, and will be part of the Competitive Edge Europe Department, directly reporting to the Competitive EdgeDirector.

The Process Improvement Engineer willaccelerate the deployment of proven engineering and operational excellenceinitiatives across Nippon Sanso Europe. The role focuses on identifyingsuccessful projects implemented in ASUs, PAG plants, cylinder operations,filling stations, logistics, maintenance, energy efficiency, reliability, andproduction processes, and ensuring their effective replication across multiplesites and regions.

As part of the Competitive Edge team, this positionwill act as the bridge between European Value Stream Owners, Operations teams,Engineering,



and regional leadership to maximize productivity improvements anddeliver sustainable savings.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Identifyhigh-value engineering and operational initiatives suitable forreplication across Europe.
- Developreplication roadmaps for ASUs, PAG plants, production sites, logisticsoperations, and technical services.
- Workdirectly with plant managers, operations teams, maintenance managers, andengineering departments to deploy proven solutions.
- Supportthe implementation of:

1. Energyoptimization projects

2. Reliabilityimprovement initiatives

3. Predictiveand preventive maintenance programs

4. Processoptimization projects

5. Capacityand yield improvements

6. Assetperformance enhancement initiatives

7. Technicalcost reduction programs
