The Clinical Solutions Manager (CSM) is a field-based clinical and technical expert responsible for providing best-in-class support to customers from pre-sales to post-sales activities, contributing to adoption and utilization of Cepheid diagnostic solutions. The role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Customer Service, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality clinical implementation support, ensure successful instrument and assay deployment, and drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
This position is part of the Commercial organization Iberia reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and will be remote in Spain.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Provide in-field technical and scientific support throughout the pre-sales stage with a strong focus on expanding the user base of Cepheid diagnostic solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong networks with clinicians
