About the Role
We are looking for a new Field Sales Representative to join our growing team at Arrow Electronics. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across a defined territory, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal technical teams to identify design opportunities, deliver value-added solutions, and support customers throughout the product lifecycle. While this is a remote-based position, we strongly prefer candidates located in Northern UK , as regular business travel across the region will be required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies by identifying critical markets, target customers, and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, identifying design opportunities and supporting customers in overcoming business and technical challenges.




- Drive demand creation activities and promote the full Arrow portfolio, including supply chain, engineering, lifecycle, and value-added solutions.
- Develop strategic account plans for assigned customers and execute initiatives that drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Lead customer business reviews and present recommendations to improve sales performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers and internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
- Collaborate with suppliers, Field Application Engineers (FAEs), and internal sales teams to maximize design wins and customer value.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and supply chain support.
