We're Hiring: Customer Service Agent – Greek & English Speaker
At Netzon Group , we're growing fast - and we're looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent to join our International Team in Barcelona.

About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with their questions, requests, and issues while providing a high-quality customer experience. You'll be representing General Mills , a general food company behind some of the world's well-known food brands.
Your Mission
- Customer Advocate: Make sure customers' needs and concerns are handled professionally, efficiently, and with empathy.
- Product Expert: Develop a good understanding of the products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Omnichannel Specialist: Deliver excellent customer support across different communication channels, including phone, email, and other digital channels.
- Problem Solver:



Understand customer issues, identify the best solution, and ensure a smooth resolution.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent General Mills and its brands in a professional and positive way during every customer interaction.

What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Greek and English .
- Spanish and/or Cypriot Greek knowledge is an advantage.
- A passion for helping customers and a customer-centric approach .
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work independently while being part of an international team.

What We Offer
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract: Fixed-Term 3 months (1 Month of Probation and possibility of extension).
- Part-Time: 25 hours per week.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 P
