As a Nutritional Consultant – Follow Up , you will play a key role in maintaining long-term relationships with pet owners, providing personalized nutritional guidance, and helping them throughout their pet's nutritional journey.

What you'll do
- Provide ongoing nutritional follow-up to pet owners through Farmina's digital platforms.
- Deliver personalized nutritional recommendations via phone, messaging platforms, and mobile applications.
- Build trusted relationships with customers, ensuring a high-quality experience throughout their journey.
- Support pet owners by translating nutritional concepts into practical, easy-to-understand guidance.
- Provide customer service to Eshop clients.
- Engage with online communities and digital channels to strengthen Farmina's Pet Care approach.
- Monitor customer feedback and engagement, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, CRM, and fellow Nutritional Consultan
