From LHH we are helping our client, a leading integral pharmaceutical company, who is looking for a Head of Value & Pricing Spain to lead the development and execution of pricing, value and contracting strategies across a diverse portfolio of innovative medicines.

This is a leadership role, responsible for driving value-based pricing decisions, engaging with key healthcare stakeholders and ensuring optimal market access throughout the product lifecycle. The position plays a critical role in maximizing patient access while supporting the sustainability of the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing & Value Strategy
- Define and implement pricing and value strategies for new launches and in-market products.
- Lead preparation for pricing and reimbursement negotiations, integrating clinical, economic and value evidence.
- Assess the impact of pricing decisions on market access, commercial performance and healthcare sustainability.
- Drive strategic product positioning in competitive environments.
- Translate payer,



customer and market insights into actionable business strategies.

Institutional Engagement
- Build and manage relationships with key national and regional healthcare stakeholders.
- Lead interactions with payers and decision-makers, providing robust clinical and economic value arguments.
- Monitor and anticipate regulatory developments impacting pricing and reimbursement.
- Act as a trusted internal expert on the Spanish market access and pricing landscape.

Lifecycle Pricing Management
- Oversee pricing strategy across the entire product lifecycle, including:
- Product launches
- Price revisions
- Managed entry agreements
- Discount strategies
- Loss of exclusivity scenarios
- Ensure alignment between pricing decisions, forecasts and commercial objectives.

Contracting & Access Excellence
- Develop innovative payer contracting strategies, including value-based and risk-sharing agreements.
