- Provide first-line support for SAP Business One users across purchasing, inventory, finance, production, and reporting
- Troubleshoot SAP Business One issues by identifying root causes and understanding system configuration
- Work with business users to understand processes, resolve issues, and recommend improvements
- Manage and prioritize business system support requests based on business impact
- Support BPA integrations, monitor failures, reprocess transactions, and elevate structural issues
- Assist with EDI-related issues and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Support ERP upgrades, system implementations, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support Google Workspace administration, user provisioning, and access management
- Troubleshoot macOS hardware and software issues and prepare devices for new hires
- Support endpoint management through MDM platforms and maintain IT asset inventory
- Report to the Director of Strategic Business Ops

Requirements




- Must be based within a 1 hr drive to Barcelona
- Hands-on experience supporting SAP Business One (required)
- Strong understanding of SAP Business One functionality and system configuration
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
- Experience supporting ERP systems and business processes
- Exposure to BPA, EDI, or other business system integrations
- Experience with Google Workspace and macOS environments (nice to have)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- SQL knowledge is a plus
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Halo, Jira, or ServiceNow is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- 3–6+ years of experience supporting ERP or business systems
- Proven experience with SAP Business One
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Fluency in English (written and spoken
