Scopely is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Sevillle IT team on-site, working 4-5 days per week from the hub. You will be the first contact for employees, managing tickets, troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, iOS and Android, and handling onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning.
You’ll administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, and endpoint management, while maintaining inventory and knowledge bases.
