We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own our full paid acquisition strategy across our four core European markets: France, Spain, Italy and Portugal.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role — you'll be the expert executing directly in the platforms every day. You will be responsible for the full paid media cycle: from strategy and budget allocation to day-to-day execution, optimization, and reporting.

The primary goal is generating qualified leads and pipeline for our sales team. You'll work closely with the sales team to close the loop on lead quality, and you'll be expected to think beyond campaign metrics and into business impact.

Your missions
- Full ownership of paid acquisition across Google Search, Meta, and emerging channels (Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube) — strategy, execution, optimization and budget allocation
- Define and manage CPL, MQL, SQL and demo conversion targets across markets and channels
- Build and iterate campaign architecture for B2B SaaS lead gen — keyword strategy, audience segmentation, bid strategy, creative testing,



landing page alignment
- Own the marketing-sales feedback loop: work directly with the sales team to understand lead quality, adjust targeting, and improve pipeline conversion
- Manage multi-market execution across FR, ES, IT, PT — adapting messaging, budgets, and channel mix to local market dynamics
- Build and maintain performance dashboards in HubSpot, GA4 and/or similar tools to track the full funnel from first click to closed deal
- Run a structured experimentation roadmap — A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, audiences, bid strategies — and translate results into scalable insights
- Present performance analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

About you
- 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS or B2B tech lead generation
- Deep expertise in Google Ads: search campaigns, non-brand strategy, bid strategy (tCPA, tROAS, smart biddin
