Full Time | 37.5 hours per week
Were looking for an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy service at Berkshire Independent Hospital, one of Berkshires leading private hospitals.
This is an exciting time to join us. Following the opening of our brand-new purpose-built pharmacy within the last year , were looking for a leader who wants to shape the future of the service, drive innovation and build on the excellent care we already provide.
This is far more than a traditional pharmacy management role. Were looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, leading teams and driving improvements that make a real difference to patient care. Youll work closely with our multidisciplinary teams, senior clinical leaders and consultants, helping to shape the future of medicines management across the hospital.
