Junior RSA Archer Developer / GRC Specialist

Are you passionate about Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platforms and looking to grow your career in a global cyber security environment?

We're looking for a Junior RSA Archer Developer / GRC Specialist to join an international Cyber Risk Management team that plays a key role within a global Cyber Security organization.

In this position, you'll work with experienced cyber security professionals and help support, enhance, and develop GRC solutions that enable risk management and compliance activities across a general enterprise.

What you'll be doing
✅ Configure, maintain, and improve RSA Archer applications and workflows
✅ Support platform implementations, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
✅ Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
✅ Troubleshoot technical issues and support end users
✅ Contribute to IT Risk Management, Governance, and Vulnerability Management processes
✅ Collaborate with global stakeholders across Europe and Asia




✅ Participate in cybersecurity and GRC-related projects while gaining exposure to a large international environment

What we're looking for
✔ Experience with RSA Archer (configuration, implementation, development, or administration)
✔ Knowledge of GRC processes such as IT Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, or Vulnerability Management
✔ Experience working with integrations, APIs, or middleware technologies (REST/SOAP)
✔ Background in IT support, application management, software development, or enterprise platforms
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Good communication skills in English
