Your key responsibilities:

As a

Data Analyst , you will:

Engage proactively with business areas

to understand their business goals, financial services and products,



to generate accurate data-driven business analyses and recommendations.
Analyzing product trends

to increase sales conversion, reduce product attrition, improve digital funnels, and support communication campaigns. This involves identifying key performance indicators, monitoring product performance, and suggesting actionable insights to optimize sales strategies and customer experience.
Conducting customer analyses

to determine customer lifetime value, customer segmentation, and forecast customer development. This includes using analytical techniques to identify patterns and trends in customer data, enabling the business to tailor its marketing and retention strategies effectively.
Supporting and advising the business on reporting needs

and other analytical requirements. This entails collaborating with stakeholders to define reporting metrics, coordinate the development of comprehensive dashboards to ensu
