WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- Strong experience in end‐to‐end quality and testing for complex, distributed systems.
- Exposure to IoT/cloud platforms, mobile applications and backend services.
- Background working with connected devices, IoT or hardware‐dependent digital products.
- Ability and willingness to work hands‐on with physical devices, not only via reports.
- Strong coordination skills to align multiple teams and external partners around a shared quality vision.




- Excellent documentation skills and the ability to bring clarity and structure in fragmented environments.
- Experience defining or driving test strategies and quality expectations across systems and teams.
- Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken.
- Structured, ownership‐driven mindset with strong stakeholder management.
- Experience defining and tracking test and quality KPIs (for example success rates, stability indicators, defect escape rate).
- Experience collaborating closely with customer service and support organisations.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will define and drive the end‐to‐end quality strategy for a connected digital ecosystem, ensuring alignment and consistency across multiple teams, systems and partners.
