This role will support key business-wide projects, including the enhancement of HR systems and reporting capabilities, while helping to deliver accurate insights that inform talent and workforce decisions across a general organisation.

Key Responsibilities




- Assist with annual compensation review processes, salary benchmarking exercises, benefits administration, and reward-related reporting.
- Support the administration and continuous improvement of the organisation's HR systems, including data maintenance, testing, process enhancement, and reporting functionality.
- Produce and analyse HR metrics, dashboards, and management reports, providing meaningful insights to support business and people-related decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain reward and workforce data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal controls and governance standards.
- Contribute to workforce analytics projects, including headcount analysis, talent reporting, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
- Collaborate with colleagues across HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, and external advisers to support the delivery of reward and people analytics initiatives.
