Minimum Qualifications
- Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience managing and leading a team of partner managers at a top SaaS company, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Management & Coaching: Excellent leadership and management skills with a “player-coach” mentality, willing to roll up your sleeves as an individual contributor when needed to motivate and inspire the team.
- Channel Operations & Recruitment: Demonstrated experience in channel partner recruitment and onboarding, as well as working effectively with Sales Operations teams to maintain process-oriented execution.
