We are looking for an ESG Specialist to join our team in Madrid, responsible for supporting the definition, implementation, and monitoring of the company's ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance)



strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving sustainable value creation for the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization's ESG strategy, aligned with business objectives, risk management and asset‐level realities
- Support the integration of ESG criteria into investment decisions, asset management, development projects and property operations
- Proactively suggest new ESG initiatives and partnerships (e.g., community programmes in shopping centres, student well‐being initiatives in PBSA, health & wellness in offices)
- Identify ESG risks and opportunities in the portfolio and coordinate the collection and analysis of ESG data (environmental, social, and governance) across different departments
- Prepare sustainability reports in compliance with international standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD/ESRS)
- Ensure compliance with European and Spanish regulations on
